At BellaVada Lash Studio, I stand by my work.   If you experience any significant fallout within the first 4 days (more than 5 in a day) that aren’t attached to the natural lash or were exposed to swimming or oils, I will gladly fix the set for free.  

I do not offer refunds.   Materials and time were used so therefore I can only offer to fix the set. 

I reserve the right to terminate the relationship with any client or refuse to service a client if I feel like eyelash extensions are not a good fit for them.
